Terms and Conditions

Welcome to australiamugs.com. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and agreements that apply when you visit our website and shop with us. By accessing australiamugs.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain language to make them clear and easy to understand, because we believe that transparency is the foundation of a good relationship with our customers. Please take a moment to read through them carefully.

About Our Website

australiamugs.com is a specialist online store offering premium, Australian-designed ceramic drinkware and homewares. Our collection focuses on beautifully crafted mugs, cups, and tableware that combine functionality with timeless design. We are passionate about quality craftsmanship and about bringing thoughtfully made ceramics into everyday life. We aim to describe our products accurately and to present them clearly through our website, so that you can shop with confidence.

Using Our Website

You are welcome to browse and enjoy our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using australiamugs.com, we ask that you do so responsibly and lawfully. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas that are not intended for you. All content on this website, including text, images, photographs, and designs, belongs to us or is used with permission, and it is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our written consent. We work hard to create and maintain our website, and we appreciate your respect for that effort.

Product Information

We take great care to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, because many of our ceramics are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, shape, and finish are natural and to be expected. These variations are part of the charm of handmade pottery and are not considered faults. We also do our best to display colours accurately, but please be aware that the way colours appear can vary depending on your screen or device. If you ever have a question about a specific product, we encourage you to get in touch before placing your order.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order with australiamugs.com, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. We will confirm that we have received your order, but please note that this confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance takes place once we have reviewed your order and are satisfied that we can fulfil it. In the unlikely event that we are unable to process your order—for example, if an item is unavailable or if there has been an error in pricing—we will contact you to discuss the options available. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, and we will always act fairly and communicate clearly if this happens.

Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on australiamugs.com are displayed clearly, and we strive to ensure they are correct. Payment for your order is required before your items are prepared and dispatched. We use trusted methods to process payments securely, and we do not store sensitive payment details ourselves. If you have any questions about pricing or payment, our team is always happy to help.

Limitation of Liability

We want you to enjoy your experience with australiamugs.com, and we work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. However, we cannot be held responsible for losses that are not a direct result of our actions, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law, and we will always act in good faith to resolve any concerns you may have.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review them periodically. By continuing to use australiamugs.com, you agree to the most current version of these terms.
